More energy. I did loads yesterday and was tired today. After my walk, I said I would read for a while, but the room was messy, so I cleaned it instead. Then just kept going all day.

remember, your family and friends love you, not your "image". They would love to have pics of you. I too was that way for a long time, but my friend reminded me some day my son will only have pics, so I should make the most of them. your pic is fine!! you are doing great.

I went to Kohls to return some Amazon packages, they gave me a 25% off coupon. I'm not much into shopping but I thought, I could use some new walking shoes. Didn't find anything I liked so I went to the clearance section to look for some t-shirts. I came across a really cute skirt, so I debated. Can't try clothes on in the store, but I can bring it back if it doesn't fit. Now, my husband has been telling me all my clothes are too baggy on me, so I picked up a skirt 2 sizes smaller than what I'm currently wearing. I thought, I'm going to be so upset if it's not even close to fitting. I was over the moon, It fit perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!

I have far fewer amounts of food falling on my shirts when i eat...

I can put a plaster on my little toe by myself (one of my walking boots rubs a bit otherwise). A few weeks ago I couldn’t do that or get my shoes on without help

Eating more veggies and fewer bread-type carbohydrates. (I was a bread junkie!) Feeling healthier and enjoying the greater variety in my diet.

Wore "jeggings" and a shorter fitted shirt and sweater to work today and no one said I was "ridiculous" !! no one actually ever says that but it's in my mind! I actually received a couple compliments today

My cholesterol was total of 249 end of October 2020. Told the doctor no meds, I will take the lead with diet and exercise. We agreed to a new test end of March 2021 which is today. The results are in cholesterol down to a total of 205. HDL is great and LDL is good. Very pleased. Lost 15 lbs and walking 3 to 4 miles everyday.

Going 31 for 31 in March working out. Love seeing the continuous streak in the reports graph. The scale moved a little but the energy, positivity, improved sleep, better fitting clothers etc moved a lot.
