    Not on purpose, once ordered a $600 generator paid via Pay Pal never received. Ordered on June 30th, contacted PayPal in September because name on charge was not what was on the supposed secure site I ordered from, foreign and undecipherable. in November was told that item was confirmed delivered on the same day I ordered 🙄
    Well that's impossible right?
    They keep closing case due to sellers shipping confirmation and I have to keep reopening disbute. It's now nine months later and still no refund!! 🤬
