Today’s Been a Good Day

My 2nd day with Fitness Pal and I gave myself grace, adjusted my goals and today I met them all.
I feel optimistic.

    What a great attitude to start! So many people expect perfection from Hour 1, but let me tell you, that is sooooooo unrealistic and punishing.

    Be patient, weigh accurately, log honestly, and give yourself at least 60 days to get beyond the yo-yo’ing scale; the blind panic when your monthly starts, you got sore working out, or you ate something saltyand you gained four pounds overnight; and gift yourself the time just to learn the ins and outs of it all.
