I have been on MFP for 255 days...I have lost 30.4 lbs...I dropped from an 18W to size 12/14 pants...I have met wonderful prople...and I have changed my attitude toward food and exercise. This is a very good tool for weight loss. I have never been able to do this until I found MFP and got serious about it. Make MFP friends, be diligent about logging your food, and exercise. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.0
