    SW (1/1/2021) = 186.8
    GW = 145-150

    1/4 = 186.2
    1/11 = 184.8
    1/18 =183.4
    1/25 =184.0
    2/1 = 182.5
    2/8 = 181.6
    2/15 = 179.2
    2/22 = 183.7
    3/1 = 181.4
    3/9 = 181.4
    3/15 = 181.6
    3/22 = 181.6
    3/30 = 181.3
    4/5 - 182.0 (Bugger it!)
    4/13= 181.8
    4/19 = 181.0 (again, down but up)

    The downs - the usual.

The WIN? 32.77 miles on my bike on Saturday in just under three hours of riding time. Took a 45 minute (or so) break at the halfway point to eat breakfast (way too many carbs, but a really good chorizo/egg/papas burrito and some of the best horchata I've ever had). I was riding "with" a group of people who left me in the dust. They all had the fancy, multi-thousand dollar bikes (I heard one say that another was riding a $10,000 bike. I thought he was exaggerating so I googled the brand when I got home. Low end for that bike brand was about $4200. High end? $13,000.00. Holy ****!!!!) My bike is a hybrid so it's heavy and not meant for speed. I signed on for this ride, hoping it would be a mixed group of riders. Yeah... that didn't happen. And I told them I'd not be riding with them again. Still It was a good morning for a ride and I enjoyed myself.

Challenges - water, water, water... and carbs. Working on it. :) Also heat. It's definitely warming up and I'm not a fan. I'll be having to get up and out at the crack of dawn here soon. And this night owl doesn't like it. Oh well....

Hope you all have a great week.

1.7 pound gain this week. Not proud, but not aggravated either. I gave myself the week to ā€œenjoyā€ foods. I ate pizza to excess, wolfed down an entire Jimmy Johnā€™s sub, and pigged out on Chinese food.

Once again I felt uncomfortably full and guilty afterwards. I know I can enjoy these foods, but simply cut down the portions, but I have portion control issues with my favorite foodsā€”potato chips are the perfect example!

Anyway, Iā€™m back on my logging wagon... logging all of it... and letting the guilt go...
Just now I enjoyed a portion of chips...and Iā€™ll have a large glass of water.

My next hurdle is breaking the 200 pound barrier. This is when I start to self sabotage... but Iā€™ve got a million projects to finish...and when Iā€™m distracted with fun things to do, I snack less.

So glad weā€™re all on this journey together! Together we can do anything.ā¤ļø

    Happy Wednesday!

*Sigh* Yesterday I was 179.6, the day before 181.0. Did I really gain two pounds in a day? Was yesterday's weight accurate or is my scale wacked? I'm at that point where I just don't give a #$*& anymore. Not a good thing. I need to clear my head and get myself back into what I need to do. All that being said, I had a really nice bike ride, if somewhat lonely, bike ride on Saturday. Looking forward to repeating that this coming weekend.

Wishing you all a great week.

Iā€™ve been stuck, too, and not really in to it for the past month or soā€¦ going through the motions. But like you, finding your fun exercise in biking, mine is dancing/walking workouts.

I just have to get back on logging and tracking. We can totally do this!

Kind of got behind on this. Well, posting at least. I still weigh myself every day. I'm pretty much maintaining, although I still have about 30 pounds to go to get to where I really want to be. I guess I should be happy I'm not packing the weight back on, huh?

Same traps. Same goals. No changes there.

I'll try to get better about the weekly posting, but I'm not promising anything. :)

Welcome AshesSquared! Glad to have you here. šŸ˜„ Youā€™re making great progress.

Sei, Iā€™m there with you going up and going down a bit, but maintaining. I know myself, and exercise is no problem for me. I love being outside, cutting the grass, shoveling snow, but my biggest challenge is watching portions and logging consistently.

    Today begins my logging marathon!

The hotter it gets, the less I want to move. Hahahaha! Portion size is only an issue when it comes to pizza. Then I can eat a whole one (which I did Monday night - sigh). Oh, I need to stay away from things like donut holes and cookies. There is no such thing as moderation once I start. Logging is on again/off again. I'm trying to get better.

Keep the faith, Jill. You've got this.

Yep... rattlers fit both those names for sure!
