@shomanswest In the past, UAC members have had leg/foot injured they often look up seated exercise videos on Youtube. I don't have any specific recommendations but it's a good place to search for alternatives. I hope that helps!!

Yes, yes, and yes. My first 3 yes days in a while. I am feeling better and though exercising is hard, exhausting really, I can do it!

My best day in a while.

@alligatorob I am SO happy for you!! This made my day, too❣️

@Dory_42 - WOW what a day you had! I would love to have that kind of experience. You really are fortunate to have that so close to home.

@oh_jackie - two other favorite episodes are #185 and #469. I usually scroll through looking for topics I think might interest me. I have a lot of listening to do!!!

@snowshoe072 - beautiful trail! I love being in the woods too. Calms the soul

@showmanswest - sounds like you need to ice that ankle and stay off it for a bit. And ibuprofen!

@pamjsa - glad you found that episode helpful. I’m not sure if it’s that episode or a different one where she comments that the diet industry focuses almost entirely on losing weight but virtually nothing on keeping it off. And it’s always about how fast you can lose the weight on their diet. She says she spent 10 years going up and down and up and down, gaining weight every time. And then she realized that if she had spent those 10 years losing just one pound a month and keeping off that pound, she would have been down 120 pounds.

    Pass days post vacation: 4?

Holding steady on weight, tracking but over calories on many days, still exercising. Not one bit discouraged or frustrated because this is just part of the process. I’m choosing to have a few extra treats or bigger portions. It doesn’t mean I’ve fallen off the wagon. Just means my head isn’t quite back in “the game” since vacation. I’ve lost 16 pounds since January so that is about 1 pound a week. I’ll take it.
