Struggling/hard time

I’m having a hard time getting back into my old routine and lose weight.I use to exercise every week for five days and take a break day but am having issues getting back into that routine.I’ve felt a lot more tired and not as energetic as I use to.Any suggestions?

    For me personally a few accountability partners helps. I have 4. Only 2 of them are local. The other are states away from me.

    You don't have to get back to your full routine in order to be successful... Don't burn yourself out by comparing yourself to the past.

    I agree with shin plaster. Don’t try to start where you were. Start where you are. A short walk several days a week. A short stretching session thrown in now and then. Work up to where you were.
