At 5" I'm about twice the weight I should be. I've been increasing my exercise and do walk quite a lot. Need to get a grip on my diet now

Last month was a bit weird physically in lots of ways (self isolating for a cough, first Covid jab and some unusual hormones) and ended up a maintenance month.
For me, lockdown was a great chance to be in control of my calorie intake, and I kept active with daily family walks and games on the Switch. Now Iโm back at work I get quite a bit of exercise just from my commute, but the lunch is free and much harder to log accurately than at home, and Iโm finding it harder to find the energy and time for any cardio.
My real weight goal this month is to regularly see numbers in the 58s, as Iโve only dropped below 59kg once this time round. Two long weekends this month wonโt help, but hopefully thatโs all I will have to contend with as far as out of the ordinary circumstances go.5 -
