Way to know your body Steph B) How much water does the trick? Most I can get down is 60 ounces a day and that's reallllly pushing for me because I have zero thirst factor. Nice work!

I can't even tell what work and what don't work :( Its awesome that you know yours :) I have been drinking 2L water each day but so far, weight loss is slow but at least its going down. Keep up the good work <3

    Kat - a gallon a day MINIMUM for me (128 oz)....most days it's closer to 1.5 gallons.

I'm telling you guys, whether you like water or not, getting enough WILL make this journey easier and more successful - I know it's not everyone's favorite thing, but like any habit to hit a goal, you gotta just suck it up and do it LMAO

JP - it's simple consistency! That's it! I never waiver from my schedule, for ANY reason, and if I do for some reason then I own it and hold myself accountable. It's not beating yourself up, it's just recognizing that you made your own bed, ya know?

Only down to 155.4 today - last week I lost 3 pounds on Thurs night so I need at LEAST that this week to show a half pound loss. I'd REALLY like a full pound so let's hope for 3.4 overnight ;)

    Wow that's a lot of sipssssss. I'll try harder...gulppppp
jsiuadilol (just suck it up and do it ) Gotta remember that! :D "There's no crying in dieting" hahaha
May the force be with you! You can and WILL do it <3

Lmao if you work your way up to it, Kat, pretty soon you'll feel like you JUST might die if you don't get a gallon in 😂😂😂

    152.4 today 😍😍😍 it's not the 1 lb I wanted but I'll take 0.6 😊

Starting this upcoming week, Mama is home sk my schedule on those weeks will be fasting mon/Tues and the OMAD weds Thurs Fri, and I'm just gonna hafta try to keep my cals lower over the weekend to balance it out....but because of the weirdness of where the fasting days lie, I'll only be doing an "official" weigh in every 2 weeks...im gonna try to average 1
    6 every 2 weeks....if I can do that, I can hit goal in 16 weeks 😁😁😁

Hope everyone had success this week!!!! ♥️

Hi guys I keep forgetting to update you, I'm so sorry 🤣🤣🤣 work has been NUTS!!! In a great way though 😘😘😘

So long story short my new plan with omad eating at mamas and keeping my weekends under control? Yeah that didn't work LMAO

Gained 14 pounds over those 5 days vs 3 and yuppppp my aforementioned schedule wasn't gonna be able to undo that SO *sigh* I talked myself into a 110 hour fast 🤣🤣🤣 basically Sunday night til tomorrow early afternoon.

It hasn't been bad because work has kept me so busy (all exciting stuff) and my adrenaline was pretty up and down from the off and on bursts of stress...ergo? Not a single craving really until about an hour ago when I started planning my weekend meals 😂😂😂

Come to think of it, that's probably why I thought to post on here 🤣🤣🤣 I don't think about food or fasting when I'm fasting all that much if I stay busy, which is a testament to why this WOE is so beneficial all around 😁😁😁

I was 155.4 this morning at the 84 hour mark but that was only 1.6 down from the night before. Seeing as I'd need 3 pounds overnight to just BREAK EVEN from 2 weeks ago, I'd say we're gonna hafta READJUST KIDS 🤣🤣🤣

Stay tuned, I'll try to remember to update y'all tomorrow ♥️

WOW Steph, you are the fasting queen! Great job getting yourself back on mental and physical track. I got stressed this week too but son of a gun...I got control of it too >:) We're human and this losing weight thing is hard but we can chip away at it if we're just consistent. Nice that you got to enjoy the mama. Thanks for your inspiration <3

Thanks Kat!!!! Mentally I was totally there, the 5 days was planned, just a little excessive 🤣🤣🤣 I'm really gonna have to be careful on the weekends because I KNOW I don't do super great at mama's (nor do I want to worry about it while I'm visiting and we love cooking together), and that'll be every other week til they leave after Christmas so I've gotta FIGURE IT OUT 🥰🥰🥰

Mrah only down to 153.6 *sigh*

Gonna hafta do better on the weekends...its not complicated, I know where the weight is coming from. Now that I can't do my normal schedule every week, and I know even with a full fast, I can't undo the extra days, I'm just gonna hafta moderate my weekends *grumble* lol

    Stay tuned

Did you have the same mama schedule last year? If yes....you def lost a lot of weight last year so you can work the same coping magic. My sis is a super gourmand so I'm gonna have to be on my toes around her in Vegas. I was thinking of buying a lil stuffed devil to put on her shoulder when she tries to get me to just have a bite to make her happy >:)

Ya know my best friend said the same but the thing is, I lost all my weight the PREVIOUS year when I was working a corporate job so I didn't have this amazing flexible schedule 🤣🤣🤣
Last year I just maintained/gain a couple lbs

I'll figure it out though just might take me a minute 🤣🤣🤣

BUT - 6.4 more pounds down!!!!! SO EXCITED! Here's the log :#

    Starting: 211 pounds
    Week 1: -7.6 pounds (11 days) Weight: 203.4
    Week 2: -6.4 pounds Weight: 197!!!!!

Thanks for your help and support guys!!!

WOW, this is just awesome weight loss. Well done you. I am so impressed. I’ve never done a 48 hour fast but with your success I’m going to think about it. Can you give your recipe for bone broth?

    Thanks gals :)

Rowley - thank you!!! I haven't had losses like that since the VERY beginning but they DID spur me on to keep me going. Honestly, it's just about finding whatever it is that A: WORKS and B: you WILL. DO. The second part is the most important part - all of these WOEs will WORK but will YOU do it is the question....IMO if it's not sustainable forever, then you shouldn't be choosing that as a way to lose weight *shrug* IMHO

Bone broth is SUPER easy - I keep onion skins, celery leaves and butts, and carrot shavings/ends in a lil bag in the freezer and just add to it as I create it and pull from it as I make broth :) So I just shove a bunch of bones of whatever animal I have handy (usually chicken or pork) along with all the veggie scraps into the instant pot and let it go for 3 hours - I PERSONALLY add extra water and let it further reduce on the stove top because I like it super concentrated :) I never add salt because I like to control the salt levels of whatever dish I'm using it in :)

    Hope that helps!!
