Endurance cardio - bike preferred pushing hard, can enjoy a run too which needs to be a tad calmer.

Lifting - gotta be in mood, but usually enjoying it by the time it's going.

Biking and pilates, although I don't have anywhere to go for pilates right now because everywhere is soooooo expensive. I've tried to do some videos but I have trouble motivating myself when I don't have a place to go and feel like I'm expected lol

I enjoy everything I do (or I wouldn't do it!) but my favourite are intervals on my stationary bike. I don't do true HIIT but it's definitely a workout and I get a good runner's high.

Weight training, with basic steady state cardio(lots of walking, elliptical, cycling) because it doesn't make me limp around for days after, is easy to fit into my daily life... and is good for my mental health.

I have a lot of Olypmic level lifting gear, a spin bike and a Crossfit set up at home but all I'm doing now is use my Concept2 rower to row 10k meters a day/5 days a wk for about 1 hr/day, 5 hrs/wk, which is the generally recommended level of exercise for heart health and general fitness for a person my age (70).

The one I can't currently do. I was hoping to go for a run today, but it'll be storming and pouring down all day. I guess no running.
