In all my previous months, since I started dieting again, I worked really hard to lose weight. So starting this month and the following month, I'll be on easy mode. I used to follow two exercise schedules, one for walking and the other for different activities, now I'll focus on the activities, I'll have a short walk after if I had the time. Admittedly, walking is an amazing exercise I realize that now, but I keep choosing it over other activities since it burns more and I needed to meet my goals but it take more times.

Regretfully an unplanned pass day due to not making exercise requirement. Was well under budget on calories though.8 -
@SummerSkier - loved the smarties story - how funny! Oooh and that dressage photo is gorgeous.
@MaltedTea - I had a total brain fart when I said my workout is 90 days. It’s 9 months! Sheesh I need some brain vitamins or something.
All the horse photos really make me miss riding. We had a horse for 7 years and I loved it so much. My “joke” was that I’d rather muck the stall than mop the floor. The smells, the sounds, the work, I loved it all. He was a western pleasure horse and my daughter and I won lots of ribbons and trophies with him. Those are really good memories.
I thought for sure I’d be over calories today. Had a weird dinner/work schedule and ended up eating two of those cracker/peanut butter packages on an impulse only to realize after the fact that each packet was 200 calories! So I basically wasted 400 calories on crackers. However, when I added everything up, I still made it within limits as long as there’s no snacking tonight. So....kitchen is closed and no more eating for me.

Thanks for all the well wishes for my dog. We had to take her to the emergency vet this afternoon and learned that she has a very low platelet count, either due to an infection or just a flaw in her immune system. We're giving her steroids and antibiotics and hoping she bounces back.9 -

Pass Day #1 for me.
two weeks ago, I was having going away meals with friends in Phoenix.
Now we are having 'welcome back' meals with our children and grandchildren.
That doesn't happen very often. We have been away for 6 months.

@SummerSkier i just googled your smarties…who knew? I’m British and our smarties are the same as the Canadian ones. I’m fact I’m going to decorate my sons birthday cake on Saturday with them’ International mis-communications are something I spend my work days trying to avoid as I work in a global team with people in Germany, India, Singapore and the US.we muddle through but there have been some clangers!8 -
