    5/28 118.0 Great Greek w/ gyro meat for lun-ner yesterday. Totally expected. DD#1 and her 3 kids are arriving today for the weekend festivities. The 2 youngest grands graduate from high school tomorrow morning after family pix at 7AM. Busy weekend ahead!
    5/29 DNW Grandkids were occupying the bathroom. GRADUATION for 2 cousins!
    5/30 117.5 Family pix before graduation yesterday. First time in 13 years.
    5/31 DNW Granddaughter getting ready to fly back to Des Moines. Her mom and stepdad are just taking off right now for Tulsa. Sister and brother are leaving a bit later in the car also headed to Tulsa. 116.0 after a mug of coffee. Whoo hoo!

    I have 7 pages of posts to catch up on after the last 2 kids head out this morning.

    5/25 213.4 Happy dance. This is the lowest I've weighed in at least a year!

    5/26 215.6 Uh oh. Ate out for lunch and had a late night after dinner treat of a banana and 3 bread thingies that my sis in law made, thinking that I could afford the calories since I was at my year's lowest. Hopefully I'm not going to do that again. I learned my lesson and even felt boated when going to sleep. Back to the straight and narrow.

    5/27 213.8 Back to the 213 range after my day of lesson learning! When I lose a pound or two, that is not the time to celebrate with a snack nor eating out mea. I'm actually starting to prefer my own meals. 208 is a mini goal that is within sight for this next month.

    5/28 213.2 Ate an unplanned late evening 2 bananas & two pieces of the heel of a loaf of bread w/ peanut butter that I thought might have the scale rising today. Amazingly it went down a bit. Either that or my sis in law's scale is wonkie. Seems like I can step on her scale 3 times in a row and get 3 different weights, so who knows if the numbers I'm posting are accurate.

    5/30 gone camping
    5/31 213.8 Ya' win some, ya' lose some. Didn't think that 212.8 was gonna hold, especially after my grandnephew's 9th birthday party, replete with hotdogs (I did skip the bun) multilayered ice cream cake, etc. At least it was only a pound!


    Grand total from 5/22 -3.2 pounds this round.
    Grand total 64.2 pounds.
    This is a marathon, not a sprint. Another 60 some to go.

    Mini goals
    -get to 208 the weight I was after my son was born. Would love to get there by the end of May.
    -get to 202 to be Overweight by BMI standards-would love to see 11.2 gone this summer.

    long term goals
    -44.8 to get to the top of normal BMI range
    -68.8 to get to the mid range of normal BMI range...almost 1/2 way there!
