Hi! I’m Jen. I’m I’m the other captain of this group. A little about me. I’m 52 years old and I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I literally have tried every weight loss plan and gimmick to lose weight. With nothing really helping. In Dec 2019 I began the Keto lifestyle and as of Dec of 2020 I had dropped from 266 to 208. What happened was the holidays and shortly after I started working for doordash. You can only imagine going in and out of restaurants I was just surrounded with temptations. As of a week ago I had gained about 20 of those pounds back. The only positive is my activity has increased or I would have gained more.
As of this week I have started back on strict Keto, intermittent fasting, and drinking lots of water. I hope to see my weight start to come down again June. So many of your stories are so inspiring. I’m lucky to be sharing this journey with of you. We all have those up and downs. But we all know how we want to feel and look. Never give up! Hugs to all! 😘3 -

My bouts of depression come and go. Today, it took a lot for me to go run errands. I stopped and ate double scoop ice cream. My “double scoop” seemed more like quadruple scoop. I’m just tired. So tired.2 -
