I have sent in my subscription to this club for the 2022 intake. I am 1.2kg away from my initial goal weight. I might reassess how I feel, and lower my goal weight to 55kg, which is 4.2kg away.

    W2D5! LEGS!!! “DEATH BY VOLUME”🤘🤮👍
For the reverse lunges...just the bar, LOL...and suffered!
Got all 128 steps done for walking lunges, but went from monster to regular, to regular with a toe tap...back to monster! I used the front part of the garage (rear part is the gym) and just did laps until done.
Now...those stairs to get back in the house!

Well, ya know, if you have to ask... it just means you're a self-aware individual! lol Ok, let's tackle your questions one at a time...
    how do join
... You just did, simply by reading this thread. Posting is just an added bonus.
is it cool to say your cool
... You're cool to self-proclaim coolness. We may think you're on an ego trip if you start declaring yourself righteously gnarly, but up until that point it's all good, man.
    I'm not am I
... Maybe not a grammar teacher, but I can't dance, so we'll call it even. (My son thinks I also am completely unable to dress myself in a fashion which is allowed out in public, but given that he is willing to walk out the door with his pants halfway to his knees, he and I will just have to agree to disagree.)

omg, I haven't had a pedicure in 15 months! We are still under a "stay at home" order, here. Hair salons haven't been opened since November!

I've also engaged additional proof readers for my second novel to give me constructive criticism. (Gulp!)

So I started walking 2 weeks ago... I use the ZOMBIES run app - and go for 40+ minutes on weekend - and any days off we have also.
I use MAPMYWALK to track my walking and it sync's to MFP. Generally don't eat back calories but knowing they are there if I need them is helpful.
I was all in a panic as my first month gave me no losses.. well now I am 50days in as of today, and 8.2lbs down from my starting (again) weight.
I didn't do any real kind of exercise the last time and dropped 22lbs before I stopped... so I feel like I should be even more successful this time around!

    Hey kids,

Took a hiatus and now I'm back.

My shoulder is all better now. Time to get back into Powerlifting. Touring a new gym this weekend and hope to call it my new home.

Took a long walk with the dogs.

    Hi Caramel!

I have no motivation to lift....whether it is the long Pandemic, or I don't know. I have not taken this LONG of a break from lifting in a DECADE!

I know I need to start again. I am not really wanting to, though.
