Daily Check in Wednesday
counted the freaking calories (under)
did the freaking exercise (oh me achin' bac'n, hike/walk and 2/2 c25k; determined that by taking my walking stick (because of my injured back) I can use it during the walking portions and just carry it during the jogging portions and it was actually a lot easier on my back; bac'n still achin' though)
tracked everything
Does anybody else wake up each morning, take one look at themselves and say "well, I guess I'm still fat again today" when they realize that the fat fairy didn't magically make the surplus weight disappear overnight?
Yes! Me! 🙋♀️1 -

exercise: walk/hike/swatting mosquitoes (upper body workout)
Will there come a day, in the distant future, that I will wake up and no longer think that I am fat, I wonder, or will I always think of myself that way? I sure hope I am able to update my self-assessment when the time is appropriate!

Track: Yes
Calories: Over
Exercise: 25 min, 1.2 mi greenway walk (at 6:30am)
I had to drop off my aunt and uncle at airport at 6am, so I figured I’d make my time awake worthwhile. Sunrise was at 6:08, so I felt like I was walking in early evening instead of early morning. It was light enough out I could see where I walked with no issues.

I didn’t track but I certainly didn’t go hog wild either. Found out my brother is not doing well. I may have said before, he has Inclusion Body Myositis. It’s a rare auto immune disease where his muscles get weak and deteriorate. He was diagnosed 15+ plus years ago and he’s been slowly losing his abilities. Anyway, he was admitted to the hospital tues but yesterday they moved him to icu. My SIL is looking at hospice care for if and when he can go home. He’s still so young. It’s been very hard.5 -
