    To everybody, what inspiring responses for both June 4 and 5. Thank you all for sharing.

    @alligatorob - "Best you can while away" is the name of the game. We have to be able to live, while also balancing it with healthy choices. Have a great trip.

    @rangerrickl - It definitely sounds like you got your exercise! I hope you are making progress at your ranch!

    Relating to the topic. My 5+ mile, 75 minute walk came in at 401 calories. My brownie came in at 434 (minimum).

    Going "nuts" with nuts today? Yes (5 days-free )
    (I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.)

    10 mile walk. Took it slow and easy but worked on building up distance. Baby steps to getting stronger.

    And yes MaltedTea I am planning another fishing trip. To Florida this time, hopefully for grouper and snapper. Thanks for remembering and asking.

    @alligatorob Hubby would be so jealous. Grouper season started May 1, we headed north on April 28. Plenty of snapper though! :) enjoy!

    I think this was a Mutton Snapper?
