Stopped losing weight after 30lbs

I started intentionally losing weight back in June 2020, when I realised I'd become a bit bigger at the start of lockdown.

So I started exercising regularly, logging my food and eating a calorie deficit, and it worked great! By October, I'd lost 30lbs.

But at the end of October, I caught Covid, and didn't eat much food for about 2 weeks. I lost too much too quickly in that time, because I had no appetite at all.

When I recovered, I went back to exercising, logging my food, and eating a calorie deficit. But since December, I've not lost anything at all, I've just stayed at my 30lbs loss.

I'd still like to lose another 25-30lbs, but I don't know why the same method isn't working for me.

Any suggestions?

Thank you! :)

If you're aren't losing, you're likely at maintenance eating.

I Have to recalculate my calorie deficit every 10lbs so I'm guessing that's it as stated above. If you aren't weighing food that might help like said above. Increasing exercise can break plateaus too.
