    What kind of success do you expect? Weight loss from only drinking juice? Why? Liquid special food teaches you nothing about eating the right amount of food to maintain weight, and once you stop you're likely to regain weight. Plus it can be low in fats and protein (essential fatty acids, brain function, digestion, and muscles), very high in sugar, and many people don't feel full on liquid food.

    I'd try setting up your goals on MFP and eat the right amount of food to reach these goals, while logging carefully. Do this for 6 weeks and review where you are, you may like the results.
