Hi guys! I'm 24, and 172cm tall (5ft6?) I'm mainly focusing on my nutrition this week. My goal is to hit 72kgs (159lbs)by the end of it hehe. Let's do this!

6/11 73.6kgs. I weighed myself at 6pm today but for the rest of the week I will be weighing before brekky. Nutrition was on point this day.

6/12 72.9kgs. (160.7lbs) Wow 0.7 loss overnight. Like 1lb? Noice! However my nutrition was less on point today. Not very bad but not great either. Date night lol.kind of expecting an increase tomorrow.

6/13 Today I'm 72.7 kgs (160.2). -0.2 from yesterday. This is going very well so far...I think I may have set a very easy goal lol. It's already 1:30 pm and I haven't eaten yet 😐 Not good, I have always had the bad habit of skipping meals and snacking in between instead. I haven't snacked today, just coffee. I am going to make sure I at least eat my first meal before 12pm eachday. I'm not so big on breakfast I'm afraid. But I want to be healthy so I'll work on eating a timely lunch and dinner each day and if I feel hungry in the mornings I will definitely eat my oats like a good girl lol

6/14 wooooooooow guys! Today I'm 72.0kgs (159lbs!). Yep...that goal was too easy. I guess I will change my goal to 71kgs by the 20th. (156.5lbs). I doubt I will continue losing weight at this pace but I will enjoy it while it's happening 😂

6/15 Today I'm 72.3 kgs. I kinda expected a small increase as I didn't really overeat yesterday but I did eat more carby, salty food than I usually do. I had a gas station yellow curry (was yummier than it sounds) with white rice, it was small so I considered it acceptable. Then it turned out to be super spicy and I chugged a lot of milk 😂😂😂. It's really helpful to me to see y'all posts. I used to beat myself up if I had a small increase but now I know I'm not the only one and it's totally normal. This group is really good for me ❤️ thanks guys!

6/16- 72.5kgs

6/17- 72.0kgs. hmmmm tbh weight is a confusing thing to me. I gained weight on the days that I ate well...however yesterday I drank beer and ate banana cake but lost weight 🤔🤔🤔 anyway, I've been feeling very weak lately, I believe it's time for me to get off my lazy butt and start exercising again. Covids broken out kind of bad here so home workouts it is. I'm gonna give the weighted hula hoop a try. I'll let you know how it goes.

6/18 72.7kgs. sorry about yesterday guys, I didn't realise I had copied and pasted the whole page 😅 but anyway, today I'm up 0.7 kg which really confused me as yesterday's been my best diet day yet, I did so well! And to go up almost a kilo is just strange. So I checked my clue app and turns out I'm smack bang on ovulation day. That's why this challenge is so interesting, I never new my body reacted this way to ovulation. So I'm assuming it's just hormonal weight gain.

6/11 159.6 not enough water, ate 2 tacos for lunch instead of just 1, ate an unhealthy snack at work. Dinner did pretty good, didn’t snack at home after work.
6/12 159.6 Glad that it wasn't higher... Had over 12,000 steps today, but unhealthy eating, again.
6/13 159.6 eating too much, still... stress eating & letting the time get away from me.

R153: Time to get life back under control! This round includes 2 wedding celebrations which will be challenging. I need to really drop more on the scale since the next round I’ll be back out on vacation!
Exercise Goal for this round: Get on the darn Bike! Pick up the hand weights to get rid of the bat wings.

6/11 205.1 Walked 2.3 + 1.3 miles, 1450 cal, 83 net carbs, AF. Torchy’s Tacos ordering a Crossroads in a bowl + lettuce. The hardest part was not ordering a Torchy’s Tini! But I held firm to my promise to myself to target AF M-Th this week after returning from New Orleans vacation.
6/12 205.6 Walked 1.6 miles, danced,1558 cal, 82 net carbs, 1 glass wine. I did really pretty well considering we attended a 1 year anniversary party!
6/13 206.0 No exercise,1865 cal, 146 net carbs, 1 wine. Fast food burger & fries for late lunch. Made Charleston’s 82 Queens recipe for shrimp & grits this evening for all my kids and their spouses. Not surprised in the bump up
6/14 206.0 Walked 1.5 miles, gardening, 2021 cal, 165 net carbs, AF.
6/15 206.5 No exercise, 1561 cal, 125, AF. Busy day reviewing mom’s draft will with her and my sister, making dinner for a family with a new baby & company. Poor eating though on my part … Popeyes fried chicken for lunch and then chicken & sausage jambalaya for dinner.
6/16 205.8 Walked 2 miles, 1651 cal, 88 net carbs, 1 glass wine. Shopping with my sister, mailed books to my brother’s grandkids for summer reading, got in the new washing machine so now I can catch up on the dirty clothes!
6/17 205.0 Walked 2 + 1.4 miles, 1765 cal, 144 net carbs, AF. Got into snacks in the afternoon and never really was satisfied

6/11 236.1. Finished last round with a nice down trend and so of course I get to start this round with an up-bounce. Lots of sodium for dinner (meat lovers pizza) and a beer. I'll get that tended to quickly.
6/12 236.1. The struggle is eternal.

6/15 236.0. Again, decent weekend management on net. But my blood sugar was very high this morning. That suggests that what I am eating is not calorie-massive but relatively high in carbs. (The other explanation would be that I am getting a lot of exercise in the car but come on....) Time for a walk if I can get caught up at work by lunch time.
6/16 235.2. Blood sugar....194. I stared at the meter in disbelief, thought back to last night. A light dinner, no snacking. WTF? Then it hit me.... for the first time in probably a decade, I had simply forgotten to take my insulin last night. STUPID. And a 194 reading in the morning means it was likely over 300 overnight. I am only alive in 2021 because I agreed to a bargain with modern chemistry -- I eat right and inject a chemical cocktail into my body several times a day, and in exchange I get to live longer. I wonder how many brain cells, kidney cells, liver cells, heart cells, retina cells died last night because I failed to hold up my end of the bargain? GOT to do better. Weight is irrelevant compared to blood sugar management. Come on Michael, we are better than this.
6/17 234.8; MBS 133. Back on track. I am not happy with myself, overall. This round has been spent reclaiming ground I had already covered. As the Wise Woman says, there are good rounds and bad rounds. I just wish I was not quite so VERY round. 6/18 234.8; MBS 154. Thanks for being here, everyone. 6/14-218.6 I lost a lot of weight last year and gained it all back. I need to get back on it
6/15-217 - I expected a big drop but not this since it was my first day working out like crazy and rally watching what I eat. I expect it to level out the next few days.
6/16- 215.2 - I was at the water park all day with my kids and only ate once since we were so busy and to top it off had a sand volleyball game after.
6/17- 214.6 - still sticking with it!
6/18- 215.4 - I got an IUD yesterday morning so I didn’t do much and didn’t eat the best. I was expecting some gain with big dips the last few days.
