Does eating too small calories make you tired easily, I’m feeling I get too tired easily with the calories I’m eating which is 3390.2

Thanks! I gained a bunch of water weight in early June from going off plan for one day basically but it is taking me all month to get it off. I normally lose really slowly unless it is a recent gain. My body is a sponge with carbs.

On the other hand, you may have an extremely high metabolism. But I would suggest looking at your macronutrients, vitamins, etc. rather than your total calories.
P.S. You might also consult a doctor. Some years ago, I developed anemia. If you're iron deficient, you haven't enough red blood cells to deliver sufficient oxygen to your muscles and organs (including your brain). A blood test for iron (and ferritin) will identify if that's the case.
