It’s been a long couple of weeks. We said goodbye to my brother yesterday. And although I am incredibly sad losing him especially soon young, I am comforted knowing he is not suffering anymore.

207 on the nose 👃🏼!! Well, I officially passed the 50 pound loss mark -I never would have believed it before. I am so motivated to keep going. I haven’t seen my parents or sister in over a year because of our regional restrictions and lockdown -but we going there for Canada Day 🇨🇦-I’m looking forward to their reaction-I’ll temper it accordingly because I hid my weight well before so lots of people haven’t noticed. That’s what I like about MFP app when you can take progress pictures and compare.0 -
