June 21: 212 oh well back on my scale and it's showing reality(haha) BUT the really good non-scale victory is that my labs were down! Not quite in the "normal" range yet, but closer than I've been in a LONG while. A1C was at 8% now at 7.2% in 3-1/2 months!

I was having a pity party this morning because the scale has been stubborn the last few days, but seeing these week to week numbers made me feel a little better. I thought I had more water weight on me, but apparently not so back to the snail pace going forward I'm assuming. With that said, this is actually a good week for me. I'm doing all I can do to get these last pounds off and have been on plan for 20 days now so I'm calling it a WIN no matter what the scale says.
