Fit in your 40's (with Pics)

I love that you're honest about this. I've had three children, and a couple of major operations which have left my body looking more like a wasteland than a wonderland! My goals isn't Aesthetics, it just happens to be a byproduct of my strength training so I literally never take pictures of me flexing or the like. Muscles are there, but what weight I move concerns me.
I'm 51 in this pic with my covid hair 😅😅😅
I'm at least 240lbs here probably close to 250lbs but I rarely weigh myself so unsure exactly.
