    A small taste of St. Louis cut pork ribs smoked over oak and apple. A couple hours tenderizing and I’ll nearly be in hog heaven. I’ll just need someone to share them with. ☺️

    Sorta bummed my butcher didn’t have brisket for me. 🤷🏼‍♂️
