Twelve hour fast last night. This was breakfast after the fast. A diced nectarine and 6 or 7 small’ish diced strawberries with Siggi yogurt. I know it’s likely high in sugar but it has to be better for me than the fried eggs and bacon,
greasy hash browns and buttered toast that I normally would have eaten.
At this stage in the game, just seeking improvements, not perfection.

Welcome! I've learned that I don't find fat especially filling so feel full for less calories when I swap some fat for protein and carbs with fiber.1
