    @biketheworld I'm the same way.... I thought I was doing rather well with freggies.... but only 2 days into this challenge, I'm realizing that I can do better! :smile: Wonderful topic!!

    @Mrs_Hoffer the fires are apparently in BC and western US... so they are nowhere near here... that smoke travels far! We are often under heavy smoke from fires in the neighboring province... many summers I can recall like this. Just devastating for the people actually dealing with the fires.

    @ashleycarole86 you are right. Im in Ohio, but often hear about the fires on the west coast..... my heart goes out to those living in those areas. I'm glad to hear that doesn't include YOU! :smile:

    Daughter has been moved into her new place - she has always picked places with room mates...and always so much trouble. She is a conflicting personality and I keep telling her. She has moved 5 times in a year and a half...CRAZY!! This time I told her...NO ROOM MATES!!! I'm hoping it works out for her this time...so sick of moving!

    Went to an event. I worked out but did not log the food that was served and probably went over.

    Appropriate topic for me today. My only exercise this past week as been NEAT. That said, add on another pass. Tracking good, calories good, packing did not close my apple ring (510 calories), so not counting it. That's my compromise. All good. :)
