Please join us in August for an accountability month! Most people utilize the thread for weigh-ins, you may weigh in daily or weekly; do what works for you. If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items.

    I'm Anna Height: 5'4" Age: 40
    Aug 1 weight: 137.5
    Aug 1 waist (low waist) = 34.75"
    August end goal weight: 134
    August end goal waist = 33.5"
    Ultimate goal: 130

    I'm also tracking my fat loss, since scale weight is only part of the story of body composition. I intend for my goal weight to reflect only fat loss. I also measure my waist to track that as well since that is ultimately what I care about. I plan to get there by hacking my bad habits (reading The Power of Habit), and being mindful of what I eat.

    Aug 1 - 137.5, 34.75" low waist, strength training, 3 mile run

    My name is Wendy, and I'm from Texas, age 39
    I'm going to weigh-in and check-in every Sunday. I'm just starting out on my WLJ, week 3.
    Highest weight: 184.7, BMI% 38.6 on 7/18
    Weight goal for this month: Between 175-177 lbs

    8/1: 180.8, BMI% 37.8 - Goals for this week are: Drink 72 oz of water. Do a 10 minute workout everyday, Stay below 1500 cals. Every morning read my "why". Stay focused even though I have to go to a jury summons tomorrow. :#
