    I suggest making it bike-mounted, so they get more of a challenge. 😉

    I run trails and like to listen to audio books.

    One chilly, foggy Sunday morning in February I was out for hours listening to Dracula. I was the only person out and about for miles, and running a track that's one of the oldest roads in Britain.
    That one stuck in the memory :D

    Zombies, Run! is on Season 9. It's a great app. The only app I own that I paid money for. A subscription, even!

    So, I'm already primed to run from zombies... yes, the app sometimes spooks me into a higher heart rate. Mostly it's not the zombie groans, though - there are other surprises that work well as audio jump-scares.

    Be careful out there, pretending to be a zombie - typical zombie defense is generally pretty effective at killing humans, too!
