    Start weight August (7/29): 222.4 lbs
    August Goal weight: 215 lbs

    Other goals: 60,000 steps/week (I have an office job so trying to get 10k/3x week and 7.5k/4x week to start)

    Aug 02 / 223.8 / +0.2 / 2,137 sat and worked all day but stayed well below calorie limit, hardly no water
    Aug 03 / 223.4 / -0.4 / 1,363 hardly no movement again due to work and feeling nauseous
    Aug 04 / 222.0/ -1.4 / 4,102 still nauseous this morning?! Really need to move more!
    Aug 05 / 223.3 / +1.3 / stayed within calorie limit so not sure why the jump back up and so much?!

    I'm Anna Height: 5'4" Age: 40
    Aug 1 weight: 137.5
    Aug 1 waist (low waist) = 34.75"
    August end goal weight: 134
    August end goal waist = 33.5"
    Ultimate goal: 130 lbs, 15% body fat

    I'm also tracking my fat loss, since scale weight is only part of the story of body composition. I intend for my goal weight to reflect only fat loss. I also measure my waist to track that as well since that is ultimately what I care about. I plan to get there by hacking my bad habits (reading The Power of Habit), and being mindful of what I eat.

    Aug 1 - 137.5, 34.75" low waist, strength training, 3 mile run, too much snacking
    Aug 2 - 138.5, strength training, 12,033 steps, good eating day
    Aug 3 - 136.8, strength training, good eating day
    Aug 4 - 137.0, 34.5" low waist, 3 mile run
    Aug 5 - didn't step on scale this am before eating. 34.5" low waist, 19.5% body fat

    8/1 : 176 : Lost 5 pounds in July.
    8/4 : 176 : Time to make an effort to lose. Changing eating plan.
    8/5 : 176 : Well I only started yesterday, can’t expect changes so soon. (yes I can!)
    8/6 : 176 : Dang - nothing yet - but I’ll give it one more day.
