    My August daily accountabilities are:
    [1] Two walks of 30+ minutes per day ✅✅✅ - Yes, walk #1 was 58 minutes, walk #2 was 47 minutes (+ 30 minutes gravity yoga)
    [2] Keep calories between 1500 (+/-5) & 1800; ✅✅✅ - I'm counting this as a 'yes' even though I only had 1,312 calories today, because I'm 'banking' 200 calories for tomorrow, when I'm meeting my ex-colleagues for lunch. Over the two days, I'll total 3,000 calories.
    [3] Eat 4+ servings of fruit/veg; ✅✅✅ Yes, had a small side salad as part of my brunch and a huge salad for dinner
    [4] Drink at least 1.3 litres of water; ✅✅✅ Yes, 1.65 litres
    [5] Complete at least one set of targeted stretches for a problem muscle area ✅✅✅ Yes, full set of long hold passive stretches
    [6] Minimum 25g fibre ✅❌✅ Yes, 31g fibre today


    My August monthly goals are:
    To cycle a minimum of 200km - 23.32 km so far in August
    To score 6/6 on my 6 daily accountabilities for the whole of August ❌ No, 3/4 days achieved because only got 5/6 yesterday.

    1) 4000 steps minimum
    2) 3 fruits each day
    3) 64 oz. water
    4) swim, walk or bike, or aerobics ( aka as R. Simmons torture )
    5) in bed by 1:00 a.m
    6) 20 minutes self care

    Boy's been with me for 3 days. Food and sun and hotwheels chaos. Fitbit declares that I've maintained a deficit. Not sure how. Walked a lot. Stills seems highly suspicious, but I'll go along with it or I'll be too depressed. :)

    Just tried to sit and put together our table for last week - and just can't get it in - too much work these days. So, I'm going to step away from doing our table for awhile. If anyone else wants to step in and do that - please do!!!! But, I'm not sure it is necessary? Just coming in everyday and checking in does it for me to be honest. And maybe each of us can post our "weekend" numbers?

    [4] Drink at least 1.3 litres of water; ✅✅✅✅✅ Yes, 1.6 litres
    [5] Complete at least one set of targeted stretches for a problem muscle area ✅✅✅✅✅ Yes, full set of long hold passive stretches

    n/a - 6/week - take 15,000 steps. 10,066 Day Off! Don't know if I feel anybetter for it?
    ❎ - Daily - aim for a calorie deficit. 323 over. Was it worth it? I'm not sure. But I am tired this week, so maybe?
    ✅ - 6/week - Up early - walk first thing. Can't remember...lol...nope...had to work-I'll count this as my day off.

    - Weekly - calorie deficit +7,000 (bumping this up for the month). 2914.
    - Weekly - total steps +105,000. 81,060 so far.

    Will have to think about it a bit and see what, if anything, can be thrown to the group for improvement. Not a spreadsheet maven. And also how it could be done without people having to give out private emails. But then it would be fully unrestricted for editing...

    We want different goals and a percent achieved per week?

    Do any of the challenge groups implement anything like this (to steal ideas)

    Any thoughts welcome

    You move quick!

    For me personally - I get much more out of the daily aspect of this. The weekly comparisons are not as meaningful, because I change things up regularly.

    How does everyone else feel?

    Alternative version. Bit busier and less easy to input data than version 1, and depends on folks having the spreadsheeting skills to add rows if they increase their number of daily goals etc...but could possibly work.

    Anyone have a better suggestion for how to account for changing daily goals?
