    @jadepearl yes that's the idea!!!

@volgirl1322 the fasting has always been the easiest part for me 😂😂😂 it's controlling the refeeds that's harder lol!! Honestly, I gained half a pound over the last 2 weeks, up to 157 even, which is frustrating but I know it's just changes from the workouts. I can't imagine it's actual muscle gain because A: it's only been a month and B: I'm still eating at a slight deficit soooooooooooooooooo I'm hoping it's just a really long adjustment to lifting (I'm not even lifting heavy, but everything is heavy when you have the strength of a turnip 😂)

We FINALLY got a place!!!! It's expensive af but I can't even bring myself to care because I'm so relieved 😂

I'll report back at weigh in next Fri and we'll see if my body can get it's sh** together and adjust 😘 also I WILL post progress pictures from the workouts as soon as I feel like there's a noticeable difference 😁

Effing FINALLY!!!! My body has caught up and I'm down 1.6 lbs in the last 2 weeks to 155.4 😁😁😁

I kinda slacked on the workouts this week (only 1 big one) because WE GOT THE KITTEN SATURDAY ❤️❤️❤️❤️ he's tiny and perfect and I'll try to remember to post pics on Monday when I'm at a computer 😊😊

Moving in 2 weeks so the packing starts soon 😍

Here's a picture with Bubs so you can see the size comparison LOL - and Bubs isn't that big, about 9 lbs LMAO

OH ALSO - I was afraid Bubs might get a lil jealous because I basically treat him like a human child LMAO BUT he wasn't scared, or jealous, or upset at ALL. He LOVES the kitten and is slightly obsessed with him LMAO. It's like it's HIS baby <3 He follows him around and hollers at the top of his lungs if he thinks the kitten is someplace he shouldn't be LMAO

Also the kitten isn't loud and obnoxious like Bubs hahahahah <3 he's very quiet and only kinda squeaks so we've been calling him Lil Squee :D:D His official name is Rajah Binx though LOL

Hok so....i know I don't normally post on the off week if the 2-week cycle but that's usually because it's not a loss since I only fast 3 days that week BUT....

I accidentally OMADed all last weekend 😂😂😂 because of the move and unpacking I literally ate once right before I crashed for the night so I knew my cals were super low.

I stuck to my fasting as usual and BAM 153.2 😊😊😊

    That's a 1.2 lb loss for the WEEK 😍

So I'm feeling excited about that but READY TO EAT 😂😂😂

    Hope y'all had a successful week ❤️❤️

    MWAHAHAHAHAHA 151.6 this week 😈😈😈

Another 1.6 loss this week. I ate out basically all last weekend, so even though it was a 4 day fasting week I was a lil worried about it but this giant as* new house means I do stairs 836492 times a day, maybe that helped?

Just for all the scale-fearers, I started the week at 165 and change 😂😂😂 14 lbs in 4 days 😂 you just hafta know your body and your fluctuations 😘

    Have a super week guys!!!

You are killing it Steph, I have two sets of stairs in my home that I need to make more use of. My bedroom is on the main floor so I rarely go upstairs (more for sanity's sake because I know the kids rooms are a mess) and although I should be going downstairs daily to work out,t right now I am not. If I just used the stairs more, I know it would help.

I've been unpacking too so it's a LOT of up and down. My office and bedroom are upstairs, kitchen on the main floor and "living room" is in the basement so even without the unpacking, it's a lot of up and down lol

This is amazing! Good luck with all of the unpacking and sorting -- it is such a pain but once it's done it is so awesome to have everything put away and in its place.
