Down thirty five pounds

This app, while there are limitations, allows me to really log, doggedly, the calorie in/calorie out, diet and exercise combination. I started out at 261 lbs in late March- around March 20, and now am below 230, heading towards 210-215, hopefully.

    I am now at 213. 6 lbs, down another fifteen pounds since August. New goal: 198 by Feb 1st.
