    71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    July Ending weight - 147.0 Tripped during my walk on the 30th...messed up my knee, sprained my ankle

    Sept 02:…..185.2…..(trend weight 187.5) This is my stats for Sept 2nd. I don’t trust the weight on the first. It was too low and unrealistic. While I would love to claim it, I know it was a fluke or a weird fluctuation. I didn’t lose 6.4 pounds in two days!

    Sept 09:…..188.2…..(trend weight 187.8) A bad weight after travel, medical issues/worries and a bad death in my extended family. No more eating my emotions. Changing it today.

    Notes: so frustrating. I suspect this is due to some chili powder I ate yesterday with my watermelon. It’a called Tajin and super super high in sodium. I had a little craving and completely regret that decision now. I hope I can manage to bring this back down by tomorrow. Today, lots of water to flush that out.

    @mari_moulin I know how much I want the scale to go down so I can only imagine your frustration. Have you tried doing body measurements? It is cool to see inches lost, especially when the scale isn’t cooperating.

    Sept 09:…..188.8…..(trend weight 187.9) I have been totally posting on the wrong dates. This whole month is wacko for me! Anyway, here I am after a tremendous weight gain over the past week. Cancer scares, medical testing and travel, well keeps stopping leaving me with no water, a very bad and unexpected death in my extended family. What else can go wrong? And does eating cookies really help any of that? Well, I think we all know the answer to that! More travel today for two CT scans and I already know that will push the scale up even more. I will begin to turn around this ship on Friday. That is the only for sure thing in my life right now!

    Hi Michelle. Yes I also do measurements on Saturday's which is my official weekly weigh in day. Over the first month of my training I’ve lost some centimeters all around except my arms. My biceps have grown lol. And In the past 2 weeks there has been no change in measurements. I do see a physical difference tho. I can see much more muscle definition in my arms shoulders and thighs.

    So excited to hit this new PP low! I have really been struggling with a lot of things in life for the last few weeks, but I'm glad I haven't resorted to my usual using food for comfort. At least one thing is going right in my life right now.
