    So I did the body measurement thing last night, and in addition to fighting the bloat, I'm also playing the recomposition game. With some success, too. So, while I have managed to loose 12 pounds since May, I've also added circumference around my limbs and torso. So that part is working, now about the bloat...

    Sept 12: 170- after a few days discipline now I'm back down to my lowest this month so far I'm determined to stick with it and break through this number back into the 160s and not derail myself again..

    2 Sept - 11.03 determined to get to month goal this month.
    04 sept - 11.03 not doing so well so far this month.
    05 sept - no weigh in off track yesterday. Beer and Indian. Back on it today.
    08 Sept - not doing so well at the moment but i know I need to keep logging and posting here.
    12 sept - not doing well, finding it so hard to keep to plan.

    You got this! We all hit slumps and get discouraged. But coming back here will help you keep on track.
