    Didn't I do an hour of cardio followed by an hour of yoga/pilates/tai chi this morning?
    (when I say "do", don't I mean "tried to keep up" during parts of it?)
    Wasn't that enough to keep me awake?

    Isn't my protein smoothie okay but a bit icy, and might it be better with a little heavy cream?
