Goals: 11,000 steps a day, <80 carbs a day, strength training 3x/week, cycling 2-3x/week
MFP SW: 237.6
CW(9/18): 218.6
9/19: 217.8 Starting this challenge off good! Finished the day with over 11,000 steps and 52 net carbs. Saturdays are typically my rest days, so no exercise beyond the steps. ✔️Day 1 success!

Round 163 goals: work out at least 30 mins every day, drink 2 litres water daily, fast 16 hours a day, no alcohol

9/19: - 228.2 lbs – Yesterday I had a healthy lunch but then had popcorn for dinner and went to bed early to fast. Did a 30 min workout. Didn’t drink enough water but also didn’t have any alcohol.

9/19 171.6 It has been a real struggle lately! I am trying not to get discouraged over the side effects from medication I will be on for the next 5 to 10 years. My goal for this round is just to weigh less than when I started, no matter how small.

Also, for you Sheila @SheilaBoneham and Donna @deepwoodslady look back a few years at your early rounds of JGM10D. Read your notes, how your weightloss trended, look at your food diary, if the information is still there. A couple of years ago, Underarmour deleted a lot of old information. So it could be hit or miss.

Really good run yesterday, pushed the pace super hard! Today is supposed to be a Rest Day, but have a strength workout to make-up that I skipped on Thursday. The scale has stalled at 163 since the beginning of the last round but I can see body changes and clothes are fitting looser, so all is good!

9/19 - 146.2 - This is water weight. Was at a car show with Fam and their truck (didn't win, but had a blast! Our buddy won 2nd in his group, though). Not near enough water and it was HOT. Tomorrow I have to commute to work so won't be running or working out. Need to figure out my lunch based on what we have here at the house.

Guinness World Record Attempt 10k in the books! We have 24 hours to get over 1,035 runners to complete 10k. For my time zone, the 24 hour period is 9pm last night to 9pm tonight. We have until 9pm (my time) tomorrow to upload our time/screenshots. (Mine is uploaded already, didn't want to waste any time!)
Once my time is verified, I can download the certificate of attempt and my medal should ship out. I believe they said 1-2 weeks Guinness will verify if we beat the record. If so, I should be able to order my Guinness World Record Holder certificate!11 -

This is it! The previous record was 1,034 people doing a virtual 10k event in a 24 hour period. It's worldwide so the host (Virtual Runners) set the time based on one time zone and then broke down starting times for the other time zones (hence mine being 9pm on the 18th even though it's supposed to be run on the 19th).
Based on their website, Virtual Runners have verified over 6,000 runs so as long as Guinness accepts all those as well (plus all the others being submitted through tomorrow), we got it! I'm hoping mine gets verified, though I don't see why it wouldn't. I did a little over 10km to ensure it would work out.4 -

My lowest weight on mfp was 140 lbs in 11/2013 and 5/2014.
My highest weight ever: 168+ (and I wasn't even pregnant at that time... ) That was in 12/2016.
Just for the record used to be an athlete a long, long time ago. Used to teach Aerobics and Step Aerobics. Used to LOVE exercise.
Nowadays, I don't exercise at all. Why, oh why not? How can I go from loving exercise and doing tons of exercise to nothing at all?
Going from low blood pressure to being on medication for high blood pressure. What have I done to myself?!

Round 163 Goals: Go to bed earlier & get up earlier. Drink at least 40 oz of water. Exercise. Stick with menu plans as closely as possible even if my day gets changed up... and plan every day, if at all possible. Weight goal: end this round below 158 lbs.
I know that I keep blowing it, but I also know that I "can do" it!!! And, I know that I will!!!

9/19 157 Wow! I already met my goal!
Well, if I can sustain this until the end of this round. I'll be happy. If I can get down to 156.6, I will be thrilled as that was what I was at in the middle of Round 162. I did follow food plan, yesterday, and drank my minimum of water. No exercise, tho.
