My sister came to visit this week. Not enough sleep, too much wine, and not bad eating. Hopefully it's just exhaustion. It was worth it.

I got the 3rd Covid shot on Tuesday and felt very sleepy most of the rest of the week. In fact at least two days I couldn't stay awake. Just not a good week for walking. Should be a better week starting today.

Sorry for the late weigh-in. Internet has been sketchy with all of our rain. It happens from time to time. I have a new work schedule and get NO reception there. Like NONE. That being said, I would like to change my weight day to Saturday.

I need to skip this week. I have too much going on. My husband has been hospitalized for 5 days now, they still have no idea what is causing his excruciating pain. Long story short he has MEN1 and had pancreatic cancer in 2013. Sometimes the remaining pancreas causes his pain, but his pancreas is fine. Nonetheless, the VA won’t let us see him. I worked over 14 hours yesterday, so I just didn’t have to think about it. I am blessed that my mom lives with us and can watch the girls.

This is horrible fluctuation. I had a binge weekend. I should have took the batteries out of my scale. f9zo9kv9txii.jpeg

So sorry to hear that. I've put you in for excused. I hope they can get him some relief. Will they let you do Zoom visits or Facetime?

I am shocked I had a loss at all this week - TOM arrived late last week and my weight shot up with it. It's finally starting to return to normal. Hoping for some additional losses this week.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning. My weight is down a pound since Thursday. My clothes have been really loose around the hips lately so I decided to measure. It's been a while since I have done that but 4 inches is a lot. I expected maybe 2 inches gone!

Today is our first live, in person fitness class. Vaccine certificate is safely downloaded to my Apple Wallet. Yoga mat packed and ready to rumble. I was going to ride my bike but there is no end in sight the rain that started yesterday. Oh well-next week!

    Happy Fall to Everyone

I’m sorry for the late login - I was unable to open the ‘community’ page, it kept crashing my page? I have had some troubles with this app for a while!

Anyways. I made it to the gym THREE times last week, which I’m happy about! My goal is 4 times this week!

    ~~ September Week Four ~~

Hi folks! This post is coming a little later this week than it normally would, but have no fear, for now it's here!

If you haven't joined the Quit Sugar Challenge yet, it's not too late! Even committing to the last week of a challenge is doing 100% more than if you didn't commit to anything at all. Little things can make a huge difference - all you have to do is let them.

    Quick Update on Me:

My weight hasn't shifted very much, and I'm totally fine with that. My eating habits have not been great as of lately, and I was expecting the bloat to hit me hard. This isn't to say that I'll be making any changes, of course, but at least I'm recognizing the potential repercussions of my actions (that's all that matters, right?).

With the shifting weather, I don't know how any of you have the motivation to go walk. My corner of the world is incredibly gloomy, and the last thing on my mind is getting outside and going for a walk. Color me impressed (that's a shade of purple or something?).
