    Desperate need of some motivation and daily check ins. Noone in my household needs to lose weight but me, so super hard when everyone is having takeaways and all the naughty food I love. As for all things in moderation, I struggle with moderation. It's an all or nothing thing, one taste and I'm gone!

    Think I have eaten relatively well today. I was looking at some pictures of myself from a few years ago and wish I was still at that point even though I wasn't happy at that weight....my weight just seems to have spiralled.
    Need to keep doing what I did today.

    Problem I have is that everything seems to be centred around food. I have a few dinner dates and birthdays ...urghhhhh

    Logging food and 5 hours swimming weekly is my current plan.
    Hope to rebuild fitness to enable me to run/row indoors over winter too.
