First time on this challenge. Like the weekly weigh as opposed to daily. My real measure of initial success is a likely many months away: fitting into this new pair shorts that would have fit two years ago. Now, even fastening up to the third of four buttons creates an awful "spillage roll". It's the ugly truth that motivates me to lose at least 8 inches around the middle by Spring 2022.
