    VACATION SCHEDULED IN 11 WEEKS

    I lost 35 lbs from Sept - Feb and since then I gained 10lbs.
    The situation that caused the lapse is almost over so I'm ready to give it another go with full effort.

    The way I do this, in case you agree or disagree
    - OMAD M-F
    - walks at noon M-F
    - log all the food
    - staying at a deficit of about 7,000 calories for the week, maintenance on weekends, 1400 deficit M-F
    - I like cardio and weights equally, and I try to mix running, riding with calisthenics/weight lifting
    - No foods are out of reach. Even when losing I eat burgers and pizza and ice cream
    - I dont drink alcohol, nothing against it I just dont
    - I'm 40m married with one kid, 5' 7" full time job and full time college
