I was always a gym and rink rat. I’m 58 and over the last 15 years or so, I slowly became more of a couch potato. COVID like most had had a increase on that. I was a semi athletic 195-200 pounds for someone 5’7” maybe a bit pudgy but felt comfortable. I started this tracking at 231. Tracking meals and logging exercise in an attempt to get fit and comfortable again, with energy.

    Good for you man! It's time to ramp up the efforts. Add me if you want. I'm 40 but I certainly feel older than that lol
