Doing wonderful!! You are being a superstar!! Keep up the good work, you got this!! I am not there yet, 91 down 56 to go here. So close to being 100 down, but I think losing weight is easier now after losing this much because when I am feeling lazy or tempted I KNOW this works! Where at the beginning I was struggling a bit, and was unsure if I would ever lose the weight. And also, I didn't really believe I would ever be able to lose the weight - as if just because I had some cards stacked against me it was impossible. So it is nice to be part of the way through the journey, and the habit building has just been a life changer.5

Oh my gosh!! What an amazing accomplishment...you must be so proud of all your hard work!! Pay no attention to the amount of time it will take to achieve your goal. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other...realize that the lessons learned are actually the BEST part of the journey. Like any amazing road trip, you remember what you saw and experienced more than the actual destination. Your best life is waiting for you at the end of the road.
