New weigh in 10/29/21
Todays new weight is 197 lbs down from start of 199 lbs in this challenge.
I did really well the other day staying under on calories. Today was much harder since I was tired and craving food from working out and being busy all day. But I made up the calories by working out again. Not the best way to lose weight since the best is just to stay under.

I don't think I'm ready yet, but I'm considering it for December. Just curious whether it's based on the Fat 2 Fit Radio podcast that was around years ago.0

Great question! We are not based on that podcast, I think the group existed before that, but several team members have mentioned it before. We are rather loose as far as the method you choose, what kinds of things you track, and how you get there. There are keto people, plain old calorie-in-calorie-out people, super exercisers, retired people, young parents - quite a variety of approaches and ideas. That makes in interesting for those who are stuck, searching, or who have some experiences to relate to help others. Mostly we are about mutual support, help for when things go badly, cheers and pats on the back for when things go well. Yes, there is some friendly competition to see which team does best each week, but as long as everyone is moving towards their goals, however slowly or with grand pauses from time to time, it is a good place to get and give support.
Feel free to friend me or any of the captains, go ahead and lurk on the teams to see which one might fit your style, and let us know when you're ready to dive in.
