    Hi. I'd like to join all y'all on this challenge. My name is Pam. I'm 63, 5'2". I weigh 243 and my goal is around 140-145. I've set mini goals for myself. The first one is to get down to 239, then down to 229, etc...

    My goals for Nov:
    Log daily
    Lose 5 pounds
    Walk daily

    Start weight: 243 lbs
    Current weight: 243.4
    Goal for challenge: lose 5 lbs
