Yesterday I dealt with a bad day...patting myself on the back today for not allowing it to stop me from working out. I am not proud that I came in severely under calories and protein. No bueno if I want to move forward with healthy weight loss.
Today's Goal: Log food, continue Day 3 of Mr. London's fupa challenge, and lift weights. Hopefully, some yoga and stretches before bed.
Goals for the month:
Incorporating more fish and participating in meatless days
Weekly increase in weights
Increase workouts to 6x a week
November 1st: 228.70
November 2nd: 226.40
November 3rd: 223.50 *I'm shooketh, but I know it's only due to me eating poorly yesterday.*

Struggles: traveling in car, caring for my elderly father, eating out of the home, over ate when I reached my destination
Triumphs: glad to be back home, logging of weight, chair dancing while driving along with ab and glute squeezes, light stretching in the evening with some isometric exercises, did not eat after 5:30 pm.7 -

Had a productive day yesterday and treated myself to a couple of glasses of prosecco. Was expecting an increase but I'm grateful for the pleasant surprise. Now, if only the jeans I'm currently stuffed in would get looser. That'll be my real victory!

I’m Marsha. I’m 54 years old, 5’9” tall and my first goal is to get under 200 pounds. My ultimate and hopefully maintainable goal is 175 pounds….
Highest weight: 298 - I've never admitted this anywhere, even my MFP profile shows a much lower weight
Starting Weight: 205 - I have gotten under 200 but haven't been able to maintain it.

Hi there! I’m Athena, I’ve been struggling on and off with my weight for a good while and was recommended to try accountability buddies to help each other reach our goals. Thought this would be a good route for that! Let’s see if we can survive turkey day! 😆
My plan for the weeks ahead are to focus on eating at home and only go out to eat on Saturdays/Sundays (restaurant/fast food) and to focus on portion controlling. I’m also planning to work out for an hour three times a week.
Currently, I am only 4 pounds away from my heaviest but determined to make that number bigger this month.
Highest: 165 in 2017

Current: 161
End of month goal: 157 (6 pounds)
Nov. 1 - 163 (home cooked/ walked 15 min.)

consistently struggle to get under 160, will push to stay on track! Tend to reset on the weekend with going out, will focus on portion controlling then too.

11/03-.…..189.0…..(Trend Weight 187.9}…..Good news. No cancer found in the lumpectomy. What a relief! Today is my DD#2 birthday (the one who lives with me. Today will be special dinner, cake, ice cream and the trimmings. So many things to celebrate today. Tomorrow, back on track!

Today I will pawn the leftovers off on my workers and make a good dietary plan regardless of what the others in the house do. Today I take my grandsons to their hair appointments. Hello everyone. So I am in again. I had a crazy October. My weight chart looked like a volatile stock. Crazy peaks and valleys. I love how Jill can show her weight graph. Once I figure on how to do it, I will share. I am 61 married Nana. I spent yesterday baking and I stuck to my calories and lost some weight. Go figure. My goal is to get to 179 lbs by December. Thanks for all members support. It does make a difference.

You know those mountain climbing spikes (theyre called pitons apparently)? I feel like thats how I used snacks to get through my day yesterday....barely hanging on from chocolate to chocolate! This month I need to try to reflect on how I am feeling when I do that maneuver and see if there's a better way.9 -
