    Nov 3 164 lbs!? I can only assume this is water weight. We had to drop my kids off at my in-laws which is about an hour away, so we stopped for dinner at A&W 🙄 I didn't want to eat subway, which is what I usually get if we stop for take out on the run. Won't be doing that again. (It wasn't even that good.)

    Nov 5-188 (I knew it would be higher. My house has been taken over by allergy season and comfort food has helped us to feel better)

    Hi guys. Just joined this thread for the first time.
    Just back back onto MFP to get my health and weight back on track.
    Really prioritising healthy nutrition over a huge calorie deficit.

    I’m 5’3 and ultimate aim is 124.0lb’s - want to take my time getting there.
    So far off to a very healthy start to the month

    I was doing great up until the last couple months. Starting a new job and almost every evening driving kids to sports and activities has reduced one-time to basically nearby breweries and occational snacks I shouldnt have. Trying to find a way to get back on that good train I had going

    Trying to work acceptable calories into limited food breaks during a weekend virtual conference, plus exhaustion, is a challenge. Doing my best and trying to just drink water to fill up. I catch a break today being cheat day, but even then, trying for a sub vs. junky junk food.
