    True. I test drove a Tesla Model Y last year, expecting it to be too cramped for me, as was the case of the models S, X and 3. I fit! And if you drive it, and you fit, you will want it. So I bought one!

    True(ish) I've told my adult children they are doing Xmas this year. It is usually a family reunion at our house. But I'm exhausted this year.

    false, but if I can't fix my water heater, I'll be looking at replacing that.

    False, I suppose... I bought it 20 years after it was built. It was built for a couple of married doctors, and seems a little unique, so might be a little custom, but it is in a subdivision with other somewhat similar houses.
