Wondering what happens after our last breath.2

Although it is difficult for me , truly I am stuck, but deep inside I believe. So the question is not so much what happens after but it should be what is happening now. Not what happened in the past , causing depression or what may happen in the future, causing anxiety, but dealing with now. Yep still stuck, I'll keep working on it.
