My starting weight in Oct 2021 was 156.6
Goals: keep things back in a mild deficit with 110-140g protein until vacation, lift and cardio until vacation, be more moderate on the treats than I was during Christmas while at the cabin, do lots of fun physical activity while in Colorado, right back to previously scheduled activities when I get home

12/28 147.7 My brother and his family are in town now and the rare times I get to see them are even more rare in Covid times, so I did a quick workout this morning and then spent the day at my parents house with everyone. Diet was suboptimal. It will continue to be suboptimal through vacation next week and that’s alright 😄

Round 173 (105th for me). I prove yet again round after round that I need this to help keep me on the straight and narrow.
There are only 4 days to New Year's Eve & dance !! Challenge this year is to feel good on my dress!
Covid numbers are soaring in England (Omnicron) – the pandemic is still very much here: Covid is still very much rife! Continue to wash hands, be kind, wear a mask in public indoor settings, think before you head out, stay alert and always consider others.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But than I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

12/28 - 100.7 Traveling yesterday, usually bloating after but since back home to my scale don't really know what to compare to
12/29 - 100.9. Massive headaches. Must be eating too little (keeping it~1400 but rounding up uncertainties, so maybe too low). Had to eat a bit more salty and sweet foods yesterday to cope. That is probably the reason for the small up.

Wow! Finally got the up the nerve to weigh myself after the Thanksgiving to Christmas eat-a-thon. I tried to eat well for 2 the last days hoping to move the scale down so I would not know how much I really gained. This sounds very pathetic now that I have written it down. Funny I was just going to check out when the next 10 day challenge was going to start... hoping today would be some middle day giving me a chance to procrastinate some more. But kismet would be today so here I come again, hoping to relearn all my lessons again. #1Weigh myself and #2 Weigh my food and to be accountable seems what works best for me. 12/29- 123.2- Since I have not weighted myself for several months I have no idea if yesterdays or todays weight are accurate. But ego wise being down like this mentally puts me in a nice place. Did a spin class and played pickleball yesterday- hate spin but is so good for me that I am going to try to do at least 3 x a week. Slept in this morning missing my Body Pump class, hopefully will try to do some weights this afternoon

12/28: 190 Can’t believe I’ve gotten to this weight again. Trying to really concentrate on getting back on track now. Only issue is my fiancé surprised visiting me! But no more excuses, even with him here, I’m going to try to eat better.
12/29: 189.4 Well managed to eat decently reasonably yesterday all things considered. Made a big breakfast for SO but kept mine pretty light. Shared a healthy lunch out and then had a nice dinner at home. Over 24k steps for the day too. Probably could have done without the wine in the evening but alas. (-2.0)

May 10, 2021: 183.1 - just 2.9 pounds off 186, my heaviest weight ever.
Calorie/Carb Cycling with an average of 1200 to 1400 calories at the end of 10 days. 80 oz water each day. Row/Walk/Free-Weights most days. IF, no sugar. Focus on getting enough vegetables. If I hit each of these, the weight loss will follow!
Next goal: - 140's by my birthday, Feb 10.

12/29 - 162.2 - Too much salt and too many carbs. Hopefully this will drop back down to the 150's again in a few days, or at least by the end of this round.

12.28 - 157.8 This is a drop of almost a pound from yesterday. I feel like it may not be accurate. We are celebrating Sinterklaas today (dh is from NL), so that will be a challenge! Poffertjes, Dutch pancakes, letter cookies and more. I will enjoy but will try not to overdo things. (We celebrate so late b/c our grown kids want to celebrate - so we wait until they're in town with us to do that.)
12.29 - 160.2 😳 Maybe it's not all real, but a jump was not unexpected - though this is a large jump. I did indulge in the festivity goodies last night, and we started quite late so didn't finish until midnight. I'll use this as a reminder from my body to eat well and exercise today! 😊 I'll keep on keepin' on!

12/29- 193.8 I’ll admit, I’m slightly disappointed this morning. 40 net carbs yesterday, but I also had a terrible case of the munchies, so a little nibble here and there too. Thanks PMS! I’ll do better today for sure. Got my Pelo ride in yesterday, but fell short on steps. I’ll do better with the steps today too!
