10 Jan: 164.4- Seriously, this sucks. I need to track better and get more walking in. This week's plan: I cut some fats from my daily meals/snacks. Sticking to egg whites instead of whole eggs, less cheese, switching to almond milk instead of whole milk in my morning coffee. Not alot, but I'm taking baby steps! I'm in this for the long haul. I plan on walking more as well. I used to park & walk to work everyday which gave me a 25 min walk 5 days a week. I've been slacking on that, so my metabolism might be suffering. Depression has been a b!#t%. It's been hard for me to feel motivated, all I can do is keep trying. I know if I give up, it will only get worse. So here's to a new week! & not giving up!3 -
